Digital product policy

Digital products are supplied electronically. Please review the product description, previews and software requirements before purchasing. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after digital access has been provided, except where required by law.

If your download link does not work, a file is missing or a worksheet does not function as described in the stated supported software, contact Emphanex using the support email on your order. We will verify the purchase and provide renewed access, a corrected file or a replacement, as appropriate.

If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer store credit with your agreement. Store credit does not replace a refund where one is legally required or required through an applicable payment-provider decision. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or applicable payment-dispute rights.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, incorrect deliveries and products that are materially different from their description are reviewed separately. Billing errors are corrected.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable tax is shown at checkout. We deliver only after PayPal confirms a completed payment. You'll receive an Emphanex delivery email with a time-limited download link for the products you bought. Download your files promptly and keep a copy. If a link expires, contact us and we'll reissue access after verifying your purchase.

A purchase of an individual resource group includes only that group and its instructions. The complete toolkit includes all 13 groups. The Book + Complete Toolkit bundle includes the e-book and the complete toolkit.

License

• You may use and customize the templates for your own business, and when you serve your own clients.
• You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the templates, workbooks or the e-book, whether changed or unchanged, as products or downloads of your own.
• Agreement samples and educational content are not legal, tax or compliance advice. Review agreements with a qualified adviser and follow current payer requirements.
