Do I need to sign up to download a free resource?
No. Every free checklist and tracker downloads directly from Free Resources. No account or email needed.
The download didn't start. What should I do?
Files download as PDFs. Check your browser's downloads list or your device's Downloads folder. On a phone, the file may open in a PDF viewer first. If it still doesn't work, email us and tell us which device and browser you're using.
The link in a YouTube description still goes to emphanex.com. Is that right?
Yes. Earlier links keep working. You'll get the same file either way.
Purchases and delivery
When can I buy the book or toolkit?
Checkout is being set up and tested now. Each product page shows its price and what's included. The Buy button turns on once checkout and delivery have passed testing.
How will I receive my purchase?
After PayPal confirms your payment, you'll see a confirmation and receive an Emphanex delivery email. It includes your download link, file instructions and order reference. PayPal sends its own payment receipt separately.
How do I pay?
Checkout uses PayPal. Depending on eligibility, you can pay with PayPal or a card, and Pay Later may be available. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card where PayPal offers that option.
My download link expired or doesn't work.
Email us with your order reference and the email you used at checkout. We'll verify your purchase and send renewed access. You will never be asked to pay again to fix a delivery problem.
A file is missing or a worksheet doesn't work as described.
Contact us. We'll verify your purchase and provide a corrected file or replacement. See the digital product policy for details.
Is the book an audiobook?
No. The book is an e-book. The narrated excerpt on the book page is a free preview only.
What software do I need?
Each product page lists its formats and the software they need. Most templates are Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files for the desktop apps (Microsoft 365, or 2019 and later).
