This notice explains how Emphanex ("we", "us") handles information on emphanex.online, the Emphanex Pathways education site.

What we collect today

You can browse, watch episodes and download free resources without giving us any personal information. There are no forms and no sign-up on this site. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, for security and delivery.

Videos

Episodes are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Purchases

When checkout opens, PayPal will process payments; we never see or store card details. To deliver your purchase and provide support, we'll keep an order record. It includes your name where PayPal provides it, your delivery email, what you bought, the amount, payment and delivery status, and any support history. Announcement emails will be optional and separate from delivery. This notice will be updated before checkout opens.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and any required consent controls first.

Please don't send patient information or other protected health information to us through this site or by support email.
